The Majorera island is famous among windsurfers and kiters worldwide, Fuerteventura is the queen of the islands in terms of the number of beaches, however the saturation of surfers is brutal, there are more surf schools than waves in the whole island. This island seems to be losing the majorera race, it seems to have been conquered by the Italians, in the town of Corralejo in the year 2017 69% of the residents were Italian.
