At Calima Surf, we also offer Paleo lessons (crossfit method) ?at our sports centre and gym, situated 50 metres from our surfhouses. We run training sessions outside of the centre, on Famara beach or within the area. This training and physical conditioning regime will help to develop your physical form, and will boost your muscle strength, balance and flexibility.

We also run specific technical training for other sports. ?
