Dear Calima,

 

I would like to thank the staff at Calima for the best surfing experience! The instructors were very proffessional, approachable and extremely knowledgable, after 2 days with you guys my surfing improved significantly, I now have a deeper understanding of ocean/wave behaviour and now use rips effectively to my advantage. I've done lessons with 2 other schools and you guys are by far the best. Apart from the surf, the facilities were excellent, the lifestyle was a dream and I met many great people.

 

Thanks again and see you in the water next time ;)

 

Reccommendation - So people if you want to live the surf life... go surf lanzarote!... with Calima of course!

Hello Deby, I hope you are doing fine and the weather is still as beautiful in Lanzarote. I am back in France, and as I missed the 2 last days of my course, I just wanted to say a proper goodbye to the amazing team of Calimasurf, and say thank you for the diploma (which I didn't feel I deserved really...) and the photos. Although I had that migraine on Thursday -so unlucky, I never know when that thing can hit me, and then my whole day is lost in pain- I wanted to come on Friday, but then the group decided to visit the island instead of doing some more water sport... It was fun seeing the volcano and the wines, but I missed swallowing sea water and pretending to surf on the sand, and most of all I missed being able to say goodbye to our monitors. Please tell them what a lovely time we had with them, so kind, good fun, professional, we really had an unexpectedly excellent course and nice human contacts too, which is always a big pleasure. I'm really sorry I didn't pass by to tell them myself, but as I don't drive I couldn't just take a car and come. I'm sure I'll soon be trying to stand up on a board again and will be smiling thinking of your comments and encouragements. All the best, Kind regards to all,

Dear Deby, I would like to thank you and all instructors in behalf of all girls: Andzelika, Dace, Solveiga and me. Last week we spent in Lanzarote was wonderful! All instructors were wonderful, kind and patient :) And the organization was perfect. The best greetings for Andy- our (mine and Solveiga's) surf instructor! :) He was very patient with us.

Hi Heriberto, Apologies for the delay in sending this, but I have a bit of a hectic week following my return from Famara. I would like to extend my thanks to you and your team for what was a wonderful and memorable trip. Both my friends and myself really enjoyed ourselves and we all thought that the assistance and accommodation provided was excellent. With regard to the lessons, please pass on my thanks to Claudio and Arran, the tips and advice (especially advice provided from Arran in numerous one-to-one conversations), have helped me personally to advance in my surf techniques and confidence in taking on more challenging surf conditions.If I choose to return to Lanzarote in the future, I will most definitely be in touch with yourselves, as the support throughout the planning and holiday itself made things very easy for us.
